South Korean Naval force Exceptional Powers, Chief Jang Hak Soo and 7 individuals from the KLO (Korean Liasion Office) unit mask themselves as a North Korean review unit and penetrate the North Korean armed force war room in Incheon. Their main goal orders from Gen. MacArthur are: 1. Recon adversary powers in Incheon and secure the mine diagram, 2.
