Three totally different young fellows - Dong Goo, the misfortune manifest who fantasies about turning into a movie chief; Joon Ki, an unusual entertainer who performs to get by; and Doo Shik, an independent essayist who messes around doing nothing more often than not - open a visitor house named "Waikiki" in Itaewon where numerous outsiders come to remain.
