In the mid twentieth hundred years in China, Chan Zan goes to Shanghai with his more youthful sister looking for another life after their home town is obliterated by a gathering of outlaws. He sees that Shanghai is partitioned into a global settlement heavily influenced by different unfamiliar powers, like England and Japan. Also, he sees that the military craftsmen's local area in Shanghai is defaced with disunity and the different schools are seeking after their singular objectives. That mirrors the province of China: the Chinese are individualistic and frequently in struggle under the surface with their kinsmen, rather than joining to drive out their shared adversaries (the outsiders) and recover power of their country. Fok Yuen-hole, organizer behind Ching-mou School, is making a good attempt to convince and impact different schools to join under a typical reason for guarding China from unfamiliar interruption. Chan takes up the gig of a cart puller and a coolie to make money in Shanghai. Once, he saves the well known artist Yi-kiu from certain rascals and is welcome to join the infamous Green Pack through her presentation. Chan impresses be the best contender in the pack and wins the blessing of the supervisor Choi Luk-kan.
